What is AI Fundamentals for Marketing?
This is a short, practical course designed to give marketers the AI foundations they need to work more effectively. It covers how AI and machine learning work in a marketing context, how to use prompting to get better results, how to manage AI privacy and risk responsibly, and how to use AI across your tools, presentations, and workflows day-to-day.
How is this short course assessed?
The assessment is a one-hour computer-based exam consisting of 40 questions across multiple choice, matching, and drag-and-drop formats. You can take it online in your own time. Successful completion leads to an Associate level certification.
Who is this course aimed at?
This course is for any marketer who wants to build practical AI fluency from the ground up. Whether you work in content, SEO, paid media, email, social, analytics, or marketing ops, this course will help you apply AI confidently and responsibly in your role.
Do I need to have a marketing background?
A working knowledge of marketing is helpful but not required. This course is designed as a starting point for marketers at any level who want to build their AI skills.
How long does it take to complete?
You'll have 12 weeks to complete approximately 5 hours of content across three modules. You then take a one-hour, 40-question exam online, which leads to an Associate level certification.
