This programme is open to Marketing professionals in England and is levy-funded, so the fees are either entirely paid by the government or very low cost to your employer.

How long is the Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship course?
This course consists of approximately 13-months of course content.
How is the Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship Programme assessed?
The Knowledge, Skills and Behaviours are evaluated through the End-Point Assessment (EPA), which is completed in the last month of the apprenticeship. The EPA is conducted by an external assessor, and will include the following elements that need to be completed in order to finish the Multi-Channel Marketer Level 3 apprenticeship.
Written project report with presentation and questioning
Interview underpinned by portfolio of evidence
The DMI Pro certification involves an online test, in line with global industry standards, complementing the practical assessments of the apprenticeship.
Where will my qualification be recognised?
This DMI Pro Diploma is recognised globally.
The Digital Marketing Institute is the global certification body for Digital Marketing education. Our certification is highly sought after by employers around the world.
The DMI Pro qualification has been credit rated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.
The Level 3 Multi-Channel Marketing Apprenticeship standard aligns with the following professional recognition:

Who is the MCM Apprenticeship for?
The MCM is for junior marketers currently employed in a marketing related role in England. Please note this levey does not apply to business owners or those unemployed.
What support is available during the programme?
The courses are delivered online, allowing for ultimate flexibility for employees. The MCM includes monthly 1:1 meetings with a dedicated coach. Additional e-learning content is also available within the virtual learning platform. Employees will be required to demonstrate the ongoing application of skills to their job role and build a portfolio of evidence that supports their professional development throughout the duration of the programme.
The DMI Pro will be supported by DMI’s Student Support Team, students will also receive free access to DMI Power Membership, giving them access to 1,000’s of digital marketing tools, templates and content.
What are the Entry requirements?
Entry requirements of learners can vary depending on the requirements of the employer. A minimum of 5 GCSEs with grades 9 to 4 (A* to C), including English and maths, is typically required.
Apprentices who don’t have GCSE English and maths at the required level may have to undertake mandatory Functional Skills as part of the apprenticeship course to achieve Level 2 prior to the End Point Assessment. Note learners must be employed in a marketing role.
What is the cost of the programme?
The MCM programme costs £11,000, all covered through the Apprenticeship Levy. Even if your business doesn’t pay into the levy, the government funds 95% of all apprenticeship training, with your business only paying 5%. Students additionally receive the DMI Pro access for free.
