Ken has held senior digital leadership positions for over 18 years. He joined the Digital Marketing Institute from his position as CEO of Simply Zesty, one of the largest social media marketing agencies in Ireland/UK and prior to that was Group CEO at Saongroup.com, a global online recruitment business.
Chief Financial Officer
Damien is CFO at Digital Marketing Institute since April 2013. Damien held finance positions in industry, in the spaces of property finance and education, prior to completing his training in practice in Audit and Advisory where he qualified as a Chartered Accountant.
Head of Strategy and Development
Michael has over 20 years’ international experience in the education and training sector, most recently with the City & Guilds Group. Throughout his career, Michael has held roles including trainer, lecturer, operations manager, quality manager, e-learning development, business development and strategy.
Global Brand and Customer Experience Director
John has leadership experience in developing strategy, customer experience and transformational brand ideas. He has worked at British Airways, Disney managing global sponsorship alliances with Coca Cola and American Express and Lucasfilm. Most recently he worked at DAA Group winning Best Airport Global Marketing Award heading up the B2B and Partnership team.
David has over 18 years’ experience helping businesses with their digital transformation working with leading Irish brands and international companies, including Dublin GAA, PwC, Mediolanum Bank, Darkness into Light, Johnson & Johnson, and Vanderbilt Industries.
Human Resources Director
Órla has over 12 years’ experience working in Human Resource Management, Training and Development. Her previous role was in the hospitality industry in Europe with a particular focus on training and development. Prior to joining Digital Marketing Institute, Órla spent 6 years working as Group HR & Training Manager for one of the fastest-growing Hostel brands in Europe.
Global Sales Director
Pamela joined DMI in August 2015 with the responsibility of developing and growing our direct online and corporate business. Pamela currently leads our Direct Sales Teams based in Ireland, USA and Australia servicing a Global customer base. Previously Pamela worked in Dell Computer Corporation where she held various sales leadership roles over her 17 year tenure with particular focus on new sales team set up and development. Pamela holds an honours degree in International Business.
Head of Customer Marketing
With a strong background in digital marketing, Meliha is experienced in working with both B2C and B2B organisations at a global scale. Her experience has multiple touchpoints across the customer lifecycle from lead generation, acquisition, account based marketing, right through to customer value management and account development.
Global Partner Sales Director
David has over 25 years experience working with Partners. most recently with Xerox. David and his team are responsible for growing the DMI Global Partner Network through acquisition of new Partners and expansion of current Partners.
Head of Digital
Colin has over 18 years’ international experience in Digital Marketing and ecommerce. He has worked across global travel, technology, finance & software sectors and holds an MA from the University of Glasgow.
Ted is an expert in certification, information and training businesses and is particularly experienced in helping founder-led companies transition to their next stage of development.
