Michael has over 20 years' international experience in the education and training sector, most recently with the City & Guilds Group. Throughout his career, Michael has held roles including trainer, lecturer, operations manager, quality manager, e-learning development, business development and strategy.

Tadhg O’Connell
Director of Product and Operations

Tadhg has over 25 years’ experience creating, designing, and consulting on digital learning products, professional certifications, professional and higher ed curriculum design, and in leading product teams. Tadhg is passionate about building educational products with proven learning principles at their core, enabling learners to build durable skills. He has deep experience in formal, informal, and blended learning, spanning many knowledge domains.

Aoife Kirwan
Chief Financial Officer

Aoife is the CFO at Digital Marketing Institute, having progressed from the Finance Manager position she held since joining in 2018. She is an ACCA-qualified accountant and a Chartered Tax Advisor with the Irish Tax Institute. Aoife also brings international experience within the education space in Australia and the production and insurance industries in Ireland.

Órla has over 17 years' experience working in Human Resource Management, Training and Development. Prior to joining Digital Marketing Institute in 2017, Órla spent 14 years working within the Hospitality industry, her previous role was as Group HR & Training Manager for one of the fastest growing Hostel brands in the world.

Pamela joined DMI in August 2015 with the responsibility of developing and growing our direct online and corporate business. Pamela currently leads our Direct Sales Teams based in Ireland, USA and Australia servicing a Global customer base. Previously Pamela worked in Dell Computer Corporate where she held various sales leadership roles over her 17 year tenure with particular focus on new sales team set up and development.

Having joined DMI in 2021 as a Senior Full Stack Engineer, he quickly became a key player in shaping the company’s technical strategy. He is now focused on driving innovation and supporting the company's continued growth through cutting-edge technology solutions.
