FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

How long is the digital marketing diploma course?

This course consists of approximately 28-hours of course content. You have up to 24 weeks to complete the course, during which time you can access your course content wherever and whenever you want. Average completion time is between 8-10 weeks.

How is the digital marketing diploma assessed?

The Assessment is one two-hour exam consisting of 120 test items (including multiple choice, matching, and drag-and-drop question formats). The exam is administered by our testing partner, Pearson Vue, via its global network of test centres.

The exam is split into three sections. Candidates need to achieve a minimum of 60% to pass the exam. Your examination fee is included in the price but subsequent re-sits due to failed attempts will incur a fee of approximately €75 or local currency equivalent payable directly to Pearson Vue when you book your repeat attempt.

Does the digital marketing diploma have payment plans?

DMI provides a range of payment options to suit everyone. The course fee can either be paid in full or spread over manageable instalments.

Where will my digital marketing qualification be recognised?

This diploma is recognised globally.

The Digital Marketing Institute is the global certification body for Digital Marketing education. Our certification is highly sought after by employers around the world.

The DMI Pro qualification has been credit rated by the Scottish Qualifications Authority.

What will my learning outcomes be?

By earning this digital marketing diploma, you will:

  • Understand the importance of digital marketing strategies and learn the art of AI in digital marketing, social media, content marketing and email marketing.

  • Learn how to integrate digital channels and see how SEO, PPC, and display advertising can be used to drive rankings and traffic. Using GA4, you will know how to analyse complex data to gain insights and learn professional skills to perform better in your job.

Where does the diploma fit in the grading system?

Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing is equivalent to a level 5 in the UK grading system.

When can I enroll in the digital marketing diploma course?

Enrollment Dates commence from the first of every month, however we offer instant course access to get started right away. For example if you purchase your course on the 22nd of December 2023, your enrol date would be January 1st 2024 or February 1st if you wish.
