AI and the customer journey
According to a recent report, AI has been playing a pivotal role in marketing efforts. Indeed, 90% of companies integrating AI to enhance their customer journeys and overall experiences.
AI plays a huge part in improving a customer journey – from discovery, to consideration, to purchase. As innovation in customer experience advances, the customer comes to expect better experiences when they engage with a brand. If a customer has a poor experience and their needs and expectations are not met, they are more likely than ever to abandon the process.
