Digital Marketing - Study Notes:
Definition
A bounced email is an email that is returned to the sender because it cannot be delivered. And these are emails that bounce back for a variety of reasons. As a personal individual emailer, we’ve all received these kinds of messages where you send a message and it comes back. Maybe the email address no longer exists or it’s no longer valid, or you missed a keystroke, or there’s an attachment issue. But in any case, the email bounces back, and that’s called a bounced email.
