For this webinar we decided to invite some participants into the room with our presenter, Kevin Reid. This made sense, as the topic at hand was how to be a Communication Powerhouse!
Kevin, a leading international coach and trainer, led the group went through lots of practical takeaways to use at meetings and in the workplace to ensure that your voice is heard, and that you can understand, navigate and manage the many types of personalities in the room. You'll pick up some key tips - from the right way to shake someone's hand, how to hold your business card, to catching people's attention by pausing your speech, and using the B button to turn on and off your Powerpoint presentation.
