We are delighted to bring you the first-ever 'DMI Roundtable'.

We were delighted to be joined by your DMI Community POWER Members: Beverly Moore, Callan Swaim, Carson Edwards Jr, Christine Godek, Leah Davis, Rachael Herrmann, Sandhya Asirvatham, and Tracie Culler.

Chaired by subject matter expert and founder of Aspire, Paul Farrer we had an active discussion on the topic of Diversity and Inclusion (D&I) in digital marketing, how it impacts career prospects, natural bias, and owning our self-awareness.

During the 90 minute discussion, we took the opportunity to learn from each other's knowledge, background, experiences, and opinions across three central topics:

  • Diversity & Inclusion within Digital Marketing
  • Diversity & Inclusion and Your Career Prospects
  • Diversity & Inclusion - Your Self Awareness

Those that participated in the Roundtable were handpicked because they demonstrated in their, application to participate, a true passion for the subject matter.

We are excited to share this discussion with you. 'The DMI Roundtable' represents the DMI Community bringing together people from different backgrounds, geographies, industries, and demographics and the output of these sessions provides a unique learning opportunity for us in the DMI Community to benefit and learn from each other.
