New Employee Induction Template

When a new employee joins a busy team, it's key that they meet early with the right people, read the right documents and get up to speed quickly. A smooth onboarding process is important to ensure new team members feel comfortable and connected, especially in a remote or hybrid working environment.

This template is designed to act as a central file to list all meetings, orientations, documents etc that a new team member may need as part of their first week or two on the job - this is often called the induction phase of onboarding. 

Use this template for each new team member for consistency in the induction and onboarding process.
