Karolina is a high-energy and performance-driven leadership speaker and executive coach. Karolina developed her expertise in leadership development while working for global corporations such as Hewlett-Packard in Germany, Merrill Lynch, and Bank of New York Mellon in Ireland. Having held many leadership positions, both in the corporate world as well as for non-profit organizations, Karolina has trained and inspired people from all different walks of life in a number of different countries.

Karolina has helped hundreds of leaders from many top organizations including Mastercard, Honeywell, DB Schenker, Adobe Systems, Fuji Xerox, PwC, Mazars, Agilent, Roche, MSD, Shell, Total, PGIM, AIA, Swiss Re, DBS Bank, Barclays, Changi Airport Group, Willis Towers Watson, Columbia Threadneedle, Yokogawa Engineering, Groz-Beckert and many more.

In 2019 Karolina was nominated as the Knowledge Partner of Women Leaders Institute.

In 2018, Karolina co-authored the book titled “Breakthrough: Secrets Of Growth, Happiness And Bouncebacks From Women Around The World” that aims at helping leaders discover what truly matters to them and find the courage to act on it. Since 2016 she has been collaborating with the Women in Leadership Conference in APAC and her workshops have proven to be extremely popular with leaders at all levels.

She is also a Speaker Training Lead for KeyNote Women Speakers, a member of Asia Professional Speakers Association APSS and Global Speakers Federation GSF.
