Clarifying the types of people who benefit from your solutions and the challenges you help them solve, is critical to your efforts to attract and retain customers. This applies to roles in B2B marketing as much as any other.

The template below focuses on one particular role, that of Chief Marketing Officer (CMO), and will help you map out key elements such as their:
