AI Change Planning Toolkit

[[p]]Introducing AI into a marketing team is as much a people challenge as a technology one. The tools can be in place, the business case made, and the budget approved and adoption can still stall if the team isn't ready, leaders aren't aligned, or communication misses what people actually need to hear.[[/p]]

[[p]]This useful two-part Excel toolkit gives marketing leaders a structured way to plan AI-driven change before it begins.[[/p]]

[[p]]It will help you move from "we need to introduce AI" to "here is how we will do it well."[[/p]]

[[p]][[strong]]Part 1: AI Change Readiness Assessment[[/strong]] helps you evaluate your team's readiness across five dimensions: environmental stability, effectiveness of current workflows, leadership alignment, team capability, and governance readiness. Score each dimension honestly, identify your gaps, and get a clear readiness profile before you commit to a timeline or scale of change.[[/p]]

[[p]][[strong]]Part 2: AI Change Communication Planner[[/strong]] translates your readiness findings into a practical plan. You can work through stakeholder mapping, core messaging, resistance planning, a phased communication timeline, and success measures, and then share with your leadership team.[[/p]]
