you have started lots of different projects and organisations and companies and gigs. How did you know what ideas were worth committing to?[[/p]]

look, if I knew exactly what I was committing to, I might be a multi-millionaire.[[/p]]

Look, know, sometimes things just happen and they&#39;re very successful and you don&#39;t expect them to be. You I don&#39;t think anybody[[/p]]

has a crystal ball. It&#39;s an awful lot to do with timing. It&#39;s a lot to do with...[[/p]]

[[p]]know, some of the people you might meet. So I don&#39;t think there&#39;s a secret formula. I mean, I didn&#39;t expect to be an entrepreneur. I had a whole career in media, which was completely different newspapers and magazines. But I had my third child and I had been trying to convince my board of a magazine house that was CEO of to move online and they just were not ready to. So I think it was really more of a frustration that made me say, well, look, let me try something on my own. And then that just evolved. And I think once you&#39;ve got the bug of working for yourself,[[/p]]

[[p]]It&#39;s not that you&#39;re arrogant and think you can master the universe, but it&#39;s very addictive to keep going and working for yourself and being able to realize the vision that you have. And although our awards and our podcast kind of came sideways out of something else, I just love seeing people often in public sector, which is what our awards are about, who don&#39;t get recognized, who are doing really innovative things to make a big difference to our lives in a personal way, that they should be recognized. And I also love[[/p]]

[[p]]talking to people so a podcast nothing better than a podcast to draw out of people what their passions are.[[/p]]
