Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the search marketing course?
This course consists of approximately 30-hours of course content. You have up to 24 weeks to complete the course, during which time you can access your course content wherever and whenever you want. Average completion time is between 8-10 weeks.
How is the search marketing course assessed?
Certified Digital Marketing Specialist - Search Marketing is assessed by one two hour exam. Candidates need to achieve a minimum of 60% to pass the exam. Your examination fee is included in the course price but subsequent re-sits due to failed attempts will incur a fee of approximately €75 or local currency equivalent.
Does the course have payment plans?
DMI provides a range of payment options to suit everyone. The course fee can either be paid in full or spread over manageable instalments.
Where will my qualification be recognized?
Our digital marketing certifications are recognized globally. We offer online digital skills training courses in over 135 countries. On completion of this course, you become a certified digital marketing specialist. This allows you to take your Digital Marketing Institute qualification with you, no matter where your exciting career may take you.

Where does the search marketing course fit in the grading system?
Professional Diploma in Digital Marketing - Search Marketing is equivalent to a level 5 in the UK grading system.
When can I enroll in the search marketing course?
Enrollment Dates commence from the first of every month, however we offer instant course access to get started right away. For example if you purchase your course on the 22nd of December 2024, your enrol date would be January 1st 2025 or February 1st if you wish.
