Cooling off period:
A learner may express their right to cancel their purchase via email. On this expression a full refund will be issued without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days.
If a learner decides they do not want to commence the course during the initial period of 14 days a refund is only warranted if they have not accessed their program.
Once the Program has been accessed by a student, this is indication of use of service and express acceptance of the above terms and conditions, and as a result no refunds will be issued at that point as it negates the cooling off period.
