Programme participants will recognize a range of emergent trends in cross-channel and also be aware of relevant laws and guidelines, including privacy and data protection that pertain to the different aspects of mobile marketing.
The Cross-Channel module reviews how the narrative and customer story for conveying brand, product and service marketing messages will be built across multiple digital marketing channels through different digital devices, and based on various mobile marketing platforms.
In the module, participants learn how to plan the Consumer Journey, from the search and inquiry stage, through to product selection, and purchase. Participants will learn about how different mobile channels can play a part in the Consumer Journey, and how consideration for the integrated-nature of consumer behaviours cross-platform requires a consistent customer experience regardless of device or operating system.
